I have definitely avoided certain sexual positions because they’ve tired the fuck out of me. And I don’t know about you but being tired while i’m fucking someone and/or getting fucked is in my top ten least favorite things that can happen in a lifetime. That’s where yoga has somehow unexpectedly come in and changed the game for me.
Flexibility, resilience, strength, endurance- a regular yoga practice will keep you in tip top shape when it’s time to lay down pipe.
Being able to keep my shit together when I’m riding the d is paramount to excelling my own personal presidential fitness test and life is too short and the apocalypse too imminent to be getting tired when dick is bomb.
