What’s good, y’all?
How’s life treating you these days? I’m hanging in there. Honestly feeling grateful to be alive. Shit is crazy and I feel like the silver surfer riding these waves.
Baby Shark and I have discovered a couple of new hikes recently, one of which I keep looking for excuses to frequent. It’s right on the San Francisco bay and the views are GIVING.
Another month of living means another month of yoga. I don’t practice yoga because i like it, I practice because I have to. If I didn’t practice yoga, I would be losing my shit on a daily basis. I put together this month’s classes at The Underbelly to help you keep your shit together in these uncertain times. I’m grateful for you, and the time you spend caring for yourself is sacred to me.
