What’s good, y’all?
How you doing? Still hanging in there? I love you. Thank you for being here. Thank you for reading this and I’m grateful to get to connect with you.
Pleasure isn’t just a fleeting moment or a special occasion—it’s a practice. And these days it’s an absolute necessity. This February, The Underbelly is diving all the way in.
Our theme this month? Pleasure as a Practice. That means embracing pleasure in every form—yes, sex and kink, but also the everyday moments of self-care, the deep exhales, the indulgent stretches, the way we learn to listen to what our bodies crave.
This month’s classes invite you to explore what feels good, what opens you up, and what reminds you that pleasure is your birthright. Expect deep, juicy hip openers, luxurious forward folds, and sequences that leave you feeling fully, deliciously alive.
📌 If you’re a planner (or just a little curious), the full class calendar is here with clickable links so you can easily access each of the classes.
This month’s Intention Garden Card is a little plot of land where you can plant your desires and tend to your growth. February’s card is an invitation to explore pleasure—not as something you earn, but as something you cultivate.
Here’s your permission slip (not that you needed one) to embrace pleasure in all its forms. To stretch deeper, breathe louder, feel more. To take up space in your own body, to move in ways that light you up, to touch, taste, and experience life more fully.
Let’s make pleasure a daily ritual. Let’s make it a practice.
You can download and print your card or use it digitally—whatever works best for you. Share your intention garden card on social and tag us @theunderbellyyoga & @mynameisjessamyn!
