What is GOOD, y’all? Oh my goodness, this is the last post of pleasure month and today we are going to talk about the love of my life, shibari, and why you should bring her into your life, too.
Shibari is a form of Japanese rope bondage and it’s an incredible way to connect with your senses while also opening your body to deep relaxation and stretch. It’s a perfect accompaniment to any yoga practice because both yoga and rope focus on breathing and both practices encourage body awareness, flexibility, trust, vulnerability, and artistic expression, as well as energy work, connection, release, and liberation.
